Employment is an important aspect in the implementation of the Company's operational activities. Therefore, the Company has a commitment to maintain the continuity of labor supply in accordance with the required specifications by designing a Human Resources (HR) management mechanism that includes employee recruitment up to the development of employee competencies. In addition, the Company also pays attention to the welfare of employees, including by providing protection for their health and safety in order to always work productively.

Objectives/Targets of Occupational Safety and Health Programs

In order to support the implementation of the company's responsibility for aspects of occupational safety and health, the Company has realized a number of work programs, namely:

HUMI in Fights Against COVID-19

Meanwhile, with the continued COVID-19 pandemic, the Company supervised as part of efforts to prevent the transmission of the COVID-19 virus in the work environment. This year, procedures in order to control and prevent the widespread transmission of this outbreak in the Company included:

COVID-19 Preventive Procedures in the Office area

In accordance with the COVID-19 Preventive Procedures in the office area have established early protection and infection prevention measures that were the continuation of the policies. Which were as follows:

Cover the nose and mouth with disposable wipes when sneezing, coughing, wiping and blowing the nose and immediately throw the used tissue into the closed trash can.
If wipes are not available, employees should cover their noses and mouths and cough or sneeze into bent elbows.
Wash your hands frequently with soap and hot water (after coughing or sneezing; when caring for the sick; before, during and after you prepare food; before eating; after using the toilet; when your hands appear dirty) or alcohol-based (at least 65-70%) rub your hands for 20 seconds even if your hands don't look dirty.
Avoid shaking hands to minimize contact and receiving alternative greetings instead.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with your hands, as these can be contaminated because they touch surfaces contaminated by the virus.
Do not share food, drinks, and personal items.
Wear a face mask if you have a cough or cold.
Keep a distance of at least one meter (3 feet) or as far as possible.
Follow standard practices for safe food handling (meat to be cooked cooked, separation of raw and cooked food, cleanliness, etc.)
It is important that employees are given time and opportunity to clean their hands after coughing, sneezing, using tissues, or after contact with a respiratory secretion or object or surface. It may be contaminated.

Then in order to respond to the continued risk of the COVID-19 pandemic, we would monitor the follow-up measures that we implemented in the office area:

Actions in the office area
- If the visitor shows visible symptoms of the disease (e.g. Cough), then they should be denied access to the office;
- Always provide hand sanitizer in public spaces and place awareness sticker reminders for all employees and visitors to clean their hands;
- Give a face mask to all employees and make sure they always wear masks.
- All employees and visitors should check their temperature taken by an contactless infrared thermometer by the person in charge in the front office. Anyone with a temperature of 37.5 °C or more should be denied access to the office;
- The thermometer to be removed after use, should there be contact with the measured person;
- All employee and visitor body temperature checks must be recorded on the visitor log and employee body temperature check log;
- Always provide hand sanitizer at the entrance of the property and ask all visitors to clean their hands.
Actions in the Workspace
- Maintain a distance of at least one meter (3 feet) or as far as practicable from other employees;
- Minimize the chance of face-to-face meetings. All HUMI member meetings must be conducted with an online system (Microsoft Team and Zoom);
- Do not shake hands with other employees or visitors;
- Surfaces in meeting rooms and work areas should be cleaned using disinfectants regularly;
- Visitors should be kept to a minimum (only official personnel and personnel are vital to port operations);
- Guidelines should be followed by all employees or visitors and if they refuse, then they should be asked to leave the office;
- Referring to the dki Jakarta government regulation HUMI regulates the attendance schedule of employees to meet the maximum quota of 50% of the total employees and divided into 2 groups.
Actions in Transportation Tools
- All employees should be more careful while traveling from home to the Office if possible, must use their own vehicles, if using public transportation, they must use taxis at the expense of the Company.
All-time Actions
- The body temperature of all employees should be checked daily and recorded in logs;
- All employees should maintain physical distance, always use masks and gradually wash their hands with soap or hand sanitizer.
Actions for COVID-19 Suspects
- People with severe acute respiratory tract infections (fever, cough, and severe difficulty breathing);
- People with acute respiratory illnesses who have been contacted with confirmed or probable COVID-19.
Isolation Measures
- The following steps should be taken only IF there are employees who show any of the symptoms of COVID-19;
- Employees must take care of themselves with selfisolation at home for 14 days;
- If the symptoms do not improve, employees should visit a doctor and take the opportunity for a Quick Test or PCS/Swab Test.

Product and or Service Responsibilities

The Company's commitment regarding customer aspects is solely focused on providing a good customer experience as long as they use the Company's services. For this reason, the Company always improves services for customers, ranging from providing clear information related to its products and services through the company's official communication channels, be it through the company's official website, www.humi.co.id, or other promotional media. By providing extensive and easy access to information about the company, customers and the public can get clear information about the company's services and business developments accurately.

Product Development HUMI mostly obtains contracts for LNG transportation. Considering the business characteristics and type of product we transport, then responsibilities for product development in general are not part of HUMI’s commitment yet it is part of our customers' responsibilities. Therefore, we can not provide information about product innovation.

Social and Community Development

In general, the corporate responsibilities for social community aspect is fulfilled by the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs. This CSR activity agenda is prepared every year based on the Company's concern for social conditions around its business location and efforts to improve the welfare of the surrounding community. Then, the Company also conducts periodical evaluations of the implementation of CSR activities to ensure that these activities can effectively provide sustainable benefits to community and the surrounding environment.
