Jakarta, 21 February 2025 – To enhance employees’ digital competency and productivity at work, PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk (HUMI) organized IHT-VIBES#3, titled “Microsoft Excel Basic: Creating Reports Quickly and Effectively.” This training was held as part of HUMI’s commitment to continuously improving the capacity and capability of its employees, particularly in mastering Microsoft Excel applications.

The training was specifically designed to help participants understand and master the essential basic features of Microsoft Excel for creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports. This IHT session is part of the IHT-VIBES Series (Values in Behaviour, Ethics and Synergy program Series), a strategic HUMI initiative to develop competent, adaptive human resources with a high awareness of the importance of integrity and adherence to company values.

The IHT-VIBES#3 event was attended by numerous HUMI employees from various departments. The training material was delivered directly by Zefanya Widyasmoro, an expert from Pungki Purnadi Academy (PPA). During the training, participants were equipped with various practical techniques and tips for processing data, creating reports, and optimally utilizing basic Excel features to support their daily work.

“Through this training, we hope employees can increase efficiency in preparing reports and data analysis, thereby supporting faster and more accurate decision-making,” said Okty Saptarini M., VP of Corporate Secretary at HUMI. “In today’s digital era, the ability to process data quickly and effectively is key. We hope that with this training, employees can improve work efficiency and present more accurate reports, which will ultimately contribute to the company’s overall performance,” she added.

The participants showed high enthusiasm during the training session, actively asking questions and participating in every practical session. It is hoped that with this improved proficiency in Excel, HUMI employees can work more productively, reduce the time needed for administrative tasks, and thus focus more on other strategic initiatives.
