President Commisioner
Darma Mangkuluhur Hutomo
An Indonesian business professional and entrepreneur with experience in corporate leadership, business development, and investment across various sectors, particularly tourism, hospitality, and real estate.
He studied at EU Business School in Barcelona in 2019. Throughout his career, he has held various strategic positions in several companies, including PT Intra Golflink Resorts Tbk. and related business entities. He currently serves as President Commissioner of PT Intra Golflink Resorts Tbk.
He has also served as President Director of PT Humpuss Land since 2019 and PT Hotel Anomsolo Saranatama since 2021. Beyond his corporate activities, he is actively involved in national and international automotive organizations, serving as Vice President of FIA Region II and Director of Social and Environmental Affairs at the Central Board of the Indonesian Motor Association (IMI).
Drawing on his experience in leadership, business development, and corporate oversight, he is expected to contribute strategically to strengthening corporate governance and supporting the sustainable growth of PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk.
Independent Commissioner
Elna Hanafi
An Indonesian citizen and an advocate with experience in law and business. She has been the owner of Eljohn and Partners Law Firm since 2016. She previously worked in partnership with LB-LIA in the Sukabumi and Cianjur regions and served as Marketing Director of PT Reza Berkah Abadi from 2013 to 2026. Since 2018, she has served as an executive committee member of the West Jakarta Branch of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
She earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Kristen Indonesia in 1987 and a Master of Laws degree from the same university in 2017. In 2015, she undertook PERADI advocate training and was sworn in as an advocate before the Bengkulu High Court.
Charter of The Board of Commissioners
The Charter of the Board of Commissioners is a guideline that regulates the roles, responsibilities, and obligations of the Board of Commissioners in carrying out supervisory and advisory functions to the Board of Directors. Through this charter, the Board of Commissioners is committed to carry out its duties with integrity, professionalism, and independence in order to ensure the implementation of the principles of good corporate governance (GCG) and the achievement of company goals in a sustainable manner.
