(IDX: HUMI) has organized a series of events centered around the theme Healthy People, Thriving Company. The highlight of the celebration is the HUMI Fun Running and the 5,000 Steps per Day program, held on September 22, 2024. This event combines various activities promoting health, togetherness, and social responsibility, reflecting the company’s commitment to its employees and the community.
The HUMI Fun Running event kicked off from FX Sudirman, Jakarta, with hundreds of participants, including employees, business partners, and running community members. The event is designed to promote a healthy lifestyle and strengthen the bond between employees and stakeholders.

“In line with this commitment, we are proud to launch the 5,000 Steps per Day program for each employee, a simple yet highly effective initiative to encourage an active lifestyle,” he added.
This program not only encourages employees to move more but also instills healthy habits that will bring long-term benefits. With every step they take, we are confident that employees will become healthier, and in turn, the company will grow stronger and more sustainably.
The event series is made even more meaningful with the BERSAMA–Sharing with Others program, focused on children with disabilities, which has been organized over the past three months. HUMI partnered with local communities to provide aid and support that benefits the development of these children, reinforcing a spirit of compassion and empathy within the company.
“To strengthen relationships among employees, we also held a Mini Soccer competition in a cross-company format, where each team consists of members from various divisions. This aims to increase collaboration and engagement across departments,” said Okty Saptarini, VP of Corporate Secretary at HUMI. In addition, there is a Video Challenge, a creative competition that encourages employees to showcase their talents and spirit in a fun and inspiring video format.
Additionally, Market Day was held to support employees with small businesses, giving them the opportunity to promote and sell their products within the workplace. As part of the company’s social responsibility, a blood donation drive was also organized in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross, inviting employees to participate in this humanitarian action.
