Jakarta, September 9, 2025 – For some, birthdays are synonymous with grand parties. However, for PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk. (HUMI), an anniversary is a moment to share. This year, HUMI celebrated its 9th anniversary with a series of activities, one of which was a blood drive titled “Drops of Life” held on September 9th.

An atmosphere of care was palpable from the morning at the HUMI office on the 26th floor of Mangkuluhur City Tower. The event, in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI), was met with high enthusiasm from employees and other tenants in the same building. A total of 117 blood bags were successfully collected and passed screening, out of 120 bags that were donated.

The donors gathered not just to celebrate but also to participate in a tangible act of saving lives. Every drop of blood collected became a symbol of hope—that a simple act of kindness can bring about a huge change for those in need.

“A drop of blood may seem small, but its impact can be so great. This blood drive is a form of gratitude and a commitment for HUMI to continue to be present, not only as a growing company but also as a caring member of society,” said Okty Saptarini M., VP of Corporate Secretary at HUMI. “We believe that synergy is not only important for business but also for making a positive contribution to society. This is also in line with HUMI’s ‘meaningful’ value, which focuses on how the company’s activities impact social life,” she added.

Through “Drops of Life,” HUMI wants to emphasize that celebrating an anniversary is not just about the company but about sharing positive energy with others.
