As a company engaged in the port and maritime ecosystem, PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional (HUMI) also provides business services that focus on the ship management segment.
Delivered by the Main Director of HUMI, Tirta Hidayat, the ship management business segment, especially LNG vessels, is run by one of its subsidiaries, PT Humpuss LNG Indonesia (HLI).
“Operations for the ship management segment, especially LNG, are handled by a subsidiary called PT Humolco LNG Indonesia (HLI),” said Tirta.

Ship management services carried out by HLI include maintenance services to ship manning. Following are a number of HLI customers in ship management services:
1. Mitsui OSK Lines Ltd
Through HLI, HUMI is responsible for running ship management services owned by a shipping company from the Land of the Rising Sun, Japan named Mitsui OSK Lines Ltd (MOL).
2. PT Jawa Satu Regas
HUMI is also responsible for providing ship management for FSRU (Floating Storage & Regasification Unit) owned by PT Jawa Satu Regas named FSRU Jawa Satu which is located in Cilamaya waters, West Java.
3. PT GTS Internasional Tbk (GTSI)
Not only managing ships belonging to other shipping companies, HLI is also responsible for providing ship management services for PT GTS Internasional Tbk (GTSI), which is an affiliate of the Company. The total number of ships currently managed by HLI is two ships belonging to GTSI, including the LNG Ekaputra 1 which has a transport capacity of up to 136,000 cbm and the Triputra ship which has an LNG shipping capacity of 22,000 cbm. And 2 ships belonging to other Principals.
In 2021, the ship management run by HLI contributed revenue of US$126,480 or the equivalent of IDR 1.98 billion (assuming an exchange rate of IDR 15,647 per US dollar).
