JAKARTA – With the theme “Moving Together, with one goal”, PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk (HUMI) celebrated its 7th anniversary as an important milestone in the company’s journey. This anniversary marks HUMI’s extraordinary transformation from a private company to a public company, with a key focus on governance.
Since its establishment in 2016, originally named PT Misi Hutama Internasional and officially renamed PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk in 2022, HUMI (IDX: HUMI) has undergone a remarkable transformation. With determination and commitment to expand its business scope and improve service quality, the company has become one of the major players in Indonesia’s maritime industry.
On the same day, HUMI also received three international certifications: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. These certifications are in line with ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles, which will serve as the foundation for creating long-term value and sustainable profits.
Going forward, HUMI will apply ESG principles by integrating and implementing environmental conservation, social responsibility, and good governance practices in line with the company’s long-term objectives.

The celebration was carried out simply with a joint prayer of all employees, the Board of Commissioners, and Directors of the HUMI Group. As part of the gratitude event, HUMI also conducted a social activity by distributing donations to 7 orphan foundations in the DKI Jakarta area.
