Jakarta, September 9, 2025 – There are many ways to celebrate an anniversary, but for PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk. (HUMI), the celebration becomes more meaningful when it involves sharing happiness. To commemorate its 9th anniversary, HUMI held an event called “BERbagi untuk seSAMA (BERSAMA): HUMI Eco Adventure.” The event, which took place on September 4th at Jakarta Escape, involved 105 children from seven different orphanages. BERSAMA: HUMI Eco Adventure is an extension of the regular monthly charity activities carried out by the HUMI Group. The hope is that this event will share the joy and happiness of HUMI’s anniversary with the orphanage children.

Okty Saptarini, VP of Corporate Secretary at HUMI, explained that this event is a manifestation of the company’s commitment to spreading goodness and well-being to all of HUMI’s stakeholders. “This activity is our way of sharing happiness with orphans and the less fortunate. We hope their presence brings blessings to HUMI’s 9th anniversary celebration,” she said.

This time, HUMI collaborated with the ‘Tim Petualang Cilik’ (Little Adventurer Team) from Rumah Perubahan (Jakarta Escape). From the very beginning, the children’s cheerful faces radiated excitement. They ran, played, and laughed freely as they explored the attractions. However, more than just a game, this moment became a space to feel the true meaning of “synergy”: happiness that grows when the company’s positive energy combines with the genuine spirit of the children.

The children were also invited to play and learn while getting to know nature by harvesting vegetables, making mosaics from leaves, and playing guessing games about plant names. They were taken on a tour of the Bamboo Forest to greet and feed the tame animals.

The children’s enthusiasm for every game was extraordinary; they were very active and cheerful throughout all the activities, despite the hot weather. The children were free to run around on the large grounds, enjoy the playground, and interact with the tame animals roaming around.

The children came from seven different foundations: Yayasan Mutiara Qolbu, Griya Yatim dan Dhuafa Jatiasih, Domyadhu Asrama Jatimurni, Mizan Amanah Salihara, Yayasan Rumah Yatim Kemang Bekasi, Griya Yatim Dan Dhuafa Kranggan, and Nurul Quran.

Through this event, HUMI hopes to continue having a positive impact on the community and surrounding environment and to strengthen the synergy between the company and the community.

“This 9th anniversary celebration is about sharing. We want to show that synergy is not just about teamwork in the office but also about building togetherness with the community, especially with children who are full of spirit and hope,” Okty concluded.
