HUMI Culture Shift Challenge: Culture Change Innovation Competition

Jakarta, September 24, 2025 – PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk (HUMI) held the HUMI Culture Shift Challenge, a culture change initiative competition that was part of the series of events celebrating HUMI’s 9th Synergy Anniversary. Collaborating with Dunamis, this event was specifically aimed at the Change Agents tasked with driving cultural transformation across all subsidiaries within the HUMI Group. This competition served as the main platform for the Change Agents to present and compete with initiative projects aimed at accelerating culture change within the HUMI Group’s work environment.

VP of Corporate Secretary HUMI, Okty Saptarini stated, “This competition is the main event of the culture internalization activities at HUMI that we have been running since the beginning of the year. The culture internalization program is very important to support the shift in HUMI’s vision, and to achieve this, it is necessary to internalize the change in the Company’s values so that they become a daily culture that supports every company activity.” Okty also added that the Culture Shift Challenge program is expected to become a strong foundation in the culture internalization process across all operational lines of HUMI, ensuring every employee understands and implements the company’s core values.

The competition’s assessment series took place over two full days. On the first day (9/16), the Environment Development Assessment was conducted. The jury, consisting of the Dunamis Team and representatives from HUMI Management, visited all subsidiaries directly. This visit aimed to assess the adjustment of the office layouts that had been changed to align with the HUMI Values and promote these values.

On the second day (9/17), the Change Agents presented their projects before the Jury, Culture Leaders, and Culture Sponsors. Each Change Agent team from every subsidiary presented in detail the culture change projects they had initiated and implemented. The winners of the HUMI Culture Shift Challenge were announced at the peak of HUMI’s Anniversary event on September 21. Three companies with the best projects were selected: PCSI, HUMI, and MCSI, along with the announcement of the Best Change Agent who had dedicated themselves and executed every program very well.

Through the HUMI Culture Shift Challenge activity, the company affirms its commitment to not only focusing on business performance but also on building a strong, adaptive, and synergistic work culture across the entire business group. HUMI believes that to create a company with a culture of winning, a culture must be built that serves as a guide in daily activities.
