JAKARTA – PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk. (HUMI) successfully held the Employee Gathering 2024 (EG2024) on February 23rd to 24th, 2024 in Bogor. All HUMI employees from various levels of positions actively participated to unite, share experiences, and strengthen team relationships.

“‘The EG2024 event aims to create unforgettable moments of togetherness for all HUMI employees,”‘ said Okty Saptarini M., Corporate Secretary of HUMI. On the first day (23/02), participants engaged in a series of treasure hunt and outbound activities that stimulated teamwork and solidarity while triggering laughter and healthy competition, she added.

Unexpectedly, at the climax of the “Celebration Night”, awards were presented to employees who have shown dedication, contribution, and work loyalty for over 25 years to HUMI. That evening, all employees actively explored their creativity with entertaining performances filled with laughter, creating a lively and warm atmosphere.

On the second day (24/02), employees enjoyed rafting adventures on the Cisadane River, which boosted adrenaline, and trekking at Curug Nangka with the natural beauty of Mount Salak’s foothills. These activities not only challenged physical endurance but also strengthened bonds among participants.
