HUMI Once Again Holds ‘BERSAMA,’ Strengthening Spiritual Values and Social Concern within the Company

Jakarta, October 27, 2025 – The atmosphere on the 26th floor of Mangkuluhur City Tower One felt different. The cheerful smiles of children from six orphanages filled the room, blending with the enthusiasm of employees of PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk. (HUMI) who were present to share and learn together in the BERSAMA (Sharing for Others) event, held on October 24th at Mangkuluhur City Tower One, 26th Floor.

With the inspirational theme “Opening the Door to Unlimited Sustenance, this BERSAMA event featured Ustadz Izal Rumaday S.Pd.I, who delivered a sermon on the importance of sharing, gratitude, and maintaining good intentions in every step of life. More than just a ceremonial event, BERSAMA has become a space for togetherness that strengthens spirituality, fosters empathy, and tightens the bonds of kinship among HUMI personnel.

“The BERSAMA program is not just a social activity,” stated HUMI’s VP of Corporate Secretary, Okty Saptarini M. “This is our commitment to cultivate concern and strengthen spiritual values in the work environment. Providing aid to those in need is important, but mental and spiritual guidance like this also becomes the foundation for a positive work ethic based on goodness.”

Every month, the BERSAMA activity involves contributions from all entities under the auspices of HUMI and HITS Group — including PT GTS Internasional Tbk., PT PCS Internasional, PT MCS Internasional, PT OTS Internasional, and PT LIS Internasional. This program is concrete proof that the spirit of sharing can grow from the heart and integrate into the company culture.

In line with the spirit of #HUMIUntukMasaDepan, BERSAMA is not just about giving, but also about building awareness that true sustenance comes when we strengthen each other. Amidst HUMI’s journey towards sustainable growth, these humanistic and spiritual values serve as a reminder that true sustainability starts from a sincerely sharing heart.

This activity is an integral part of implementing the Social (S) pillar within the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework.
