HUMI President Director’s Corner Held: Fostering a Culture of Integrity for Employees

Jakarta, November 6, 2025 – The atmosphere at HUMI’s head office felt different that morning. Employees from various subsidiaries gathered in the large meeting room on the 26th floor, anticipating the quarterly agenda they always looked forward to: the President Director’s Corner. A simple forum where management and employees sit together in an open conversation—without distance or barriers.

The President Director’s Corner is designed as a space for two-way communication, where every voice can be heard and every perspective can be considered. With an intimate yet professional atmosphere, this forum continues to be a bridge for management and employees to align their steps towards HUMI’s vision.

This time, the theme was very close to the daily lives of all HUMI individuals: “Uncompromised Integrity.” It is a core Company value, the second of the 4 core values, which teaches the importance of social ethics, adherence to norms, and non-negotiable honesty. “The definition of the second value is: Demonstrating social ethics and following the principles and norms applicable in society to create adherence to social norms,” said Okty Saptarini M, VP of Corporate Secretary HUMI.

HUMI’s President Director, Tirta Hidayat, opened the session with a personal reflection, “Integrity is not just about behavior at the office. Integrity must be nurtured starting from the family environment. Education on honesty must be instilled and learned from an early age, and it begins with a mother’s guidance,” he stated.

He further elaborated that a person who already possesses integrity will also reflect it in the professional domain. “Integrity is a foundation that ensures every decision and action we take is based on strong honesty and ethics,” said Tirta Hidayat.

For HUMI, uncompromised integrity is the key to building trust—both from external stakeholders and from fellow HUMIers within the company. This value is expected to be the guide for all employees in carrying out the company’s mission toward sustainable growth.

The President Director’s Corner event was led interactively by Bambang Purwadi, AVP of Crewing from MCSI, one of HUMI’s subsidiaries. The employees were also enthusiastic, participating in the Q&A session and taking the opportunity to engage in a direct dialogue with the company’s leadership.
