Humpuss Maritim Increases Revenue to USD96.4 Million, Focuses on Business Expansion

Jakarta, October 30, 2025 – PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk (HUMI) successfully recorded a positive performance in Quarter III 2025. This achievement reflects the Company’s efforts toward sustainable growth.

Based on the Company’s interim financial statements as of September 30, 2025, the Company successfully recorded operating revenue of USD96,481,634, achieving a growth of 5.27% compared to the previous year’s achievement of USD91,648,929. This was driven by an increase in revenue from vessel charter services, particularly in the Oil Tanker and LNG Tanker segments, which boosted the company’s performance. Revenue from vessel charter services in the oil segment reached USD30,550,276, an increase of 161.56% compared to the previous year’s achievement of USD11,679,968. And LNG vessel charter service revenue reached USD28,111,535, an increase of 21.78% in Q3-2025. Meanwhile, profit for the year reached USD7,637,082 as of Q3-2025.

HUMI President Director, Tirta Hidayat, stated that HUMI is currently focused on investment, which is impacting the decline in profit. “The decrease in profit in Quarter III-2025 compared to Quarter III-2024 is a consequence of the company’s expansion strategy through an increase in productive assets, which is expected to enhance capacity and efficiency in the future,” he explained.

On the balance sheet side, HUMI’s total assets as of September 30, 2025, were recorded at USD323,731,247, an increase of 6.90% compared to the position in Q3 2024 of USD302,849,081. Finally, HUMI’s total equity also increased by 2.79% from USD302,849,081 to USD323,731,247 as of September 30, 2025.

The increase in assets and liabilities reflects the effort to strengthen the financial structure to support sustainable growth, despite temporarily impacting the profit for the year.

2025 Investment Realization

Throughout 2025, HUMI is targeting the purchase of 10 vessels. As of September 30, 2025, the company has acquired six vessels: Mac Singapore, Marlin 88, Trans Pacific 201, two Self Propelled Hopper Barges (SPHB), and Jeneponto 01. This realization is recorded at 56% of the allocated budget. The purchase of this fleet is aimed at increasing capacity in the oil tanker and marine support segments. The company will continue to meet its fleet acquisition target until the end of 2025.

Tirta also expressed his appreciation to the employees, customers, partners, and all stakeholders for their trust and support for HUMI, while simultaneously motivating employees to increase productivity. “The focus now shifts entirely to Quarter IV. We need to intensify market penetration in key segments, implement cost efficiency, and accelerate the productivity of the new assets. Thank you for the support from all stakeholders involved,” Tirta concluded.

It is hoped that the addition of the fleet, business expansion, and the company’s commitment to sustainability will be a form of HUMI’s contribution to supporting a sustainable and competitive Indonesian shipping industry.
