Jakarta, September 24, 2025 – A subsidiary of PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk (HUMI), PT PCS Internasional (PCSI), has achieved a brilliant accomplishment through PT Hutama Trans Kencana (Matrans). Matrans successfully won the “The Most Active Shipowners of The Year” award at the Supplier Relationship Management Summit 2025, which was held by PT Pertamina International Shipping (PIS) on September 23rd at the Samisara Grand Ballroom, Sopodel Tower, Jakarta.

HUMI’s President Director, Tirta Hidayat, expressed his pride and gratitude for the recognition given by PIS. “This ‘The Most Active Shipowners of The Year’ award is a reflection of the dedication and hard work of the entire Matrans team in maintaining service standards. This award provides a strong motivation for us to continuously improve performance, maintain quality, and work even better in supporting the national energy supply chain,” said Tirta.

The “The Most Active Shipowners of The Year” award was given in recognition of Matrans high commitment and active participation in supporting PIS’s operational activities. Throughout 2024, PT Hutama Trans Kencana was recorded to have participated in 159 tenders organized by PIS, making it the most active vendor.

In addition to the quantity of participation, Matrans was also recognized qualitatively. PIS’s assessment showed that Matrans is a vendor with the best on-time performance, and was also assessed as proactive and consistent in providing excellent service. Based on this outstanding performance, PT Hutama Trans Kencana successfully achieved first place among the hundreds of vendors PIS has, surpassing two other major nominees: PT Waruna Nusa Sentana and PT Barokah Gemilang Perkasa.

PCSI’s VP of Commercial, Dwi Dharma Handoko, explained that they did not expect to receive this appreciation. “This award is a motivation and a catalyst for the enthusiasm of the entire team. It confirms that our commitment to activity and excellent service quality is on the right track, and we are ready to work even harder in the years to come.”
