Strengthening Synergy, HUMI Holds 2026 Kick-Off Meeting in Bogor

Bogor, December 19, 2025 – PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk (HUMI) held its 2026 Kick-Off Meeting at the Novotel Bogor Golf Resort and Convention Center, driven by a spirit of togetherness and readiness to face the year 2026. This strategic meeting was attended by the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors, as well as other management levels including VPs and AVPs from all subsidiaries within the HUMI Group.

This series of events serves as a vital momentum for the HUMI Group to evaluate performance throughout 2025 while aligning strategic visions to face the challenges of 2026. The participating subsidiaries included PT PCS Internasional (PCSI), PT GTS Internasional Tbk (GTSI), PT Humpuss Transportasi Curah (HTC), PT OTS Internasional (OTSI), PT MCS Internasional (MCSI), and PT ETSI Hutama Maritim (ETSI), all of whom brought their respective perspectives and strategies into one unified vision.

The President Director of HUMI, Tirta Hidayat, explained that the main agenda of this kick-off was a comprehensive alignment process within the HUMI Group. Through the presentation of the 2026 work plan accompanied by the 2025 performance evaluation, this forum was designed as a space for active and constructive dialogue, allowing for mutual feedback between business segments. Furthermore, Tirta reiterated that “ESG implementation is not just a commitment, but a strategic policy that must be executed consistently to ensure HUMI’s business growth is environmentally friendly, ethical, and sustainable,” he said.

Beginning the Kick-Off Meeting activities, all participants sang the national anthem Indonesia Raya and the Humpuss Hymn, followed by listening to the HUMI Theme Song—an original work by HUMI’s Change Agents—which added to the collective energy and pride.

Subsequently, the agenda continued with presentations from each business segment. Directors from every subsidiary were given the opportunity to present and respond to Q&A sessions. The subsidiary directors showcased their individual styles, delivering presentations, videos, and creative performances, accompanied by dynamic discussions and question-and-answer sessions.

On the same occasion, the President Commissioner of HUMI, A.R. Sofyan, expressed appreciation for the positive achievements of all entities throughout 2025. He emphasized that HUMI’s strength lies in the diverse values held by each subsidiary and the complementary roles they play. “No success stands alone; every entity has a strategic contribution in driving the progress of the HUMI Group, and even the Humpuss Group as a whole,” stressed A.R. Sofyan.

He also provided important notes regarding risk management. Amidst constantly changing global political and economic dynamics, the maritime business is required to have strong and adaptive risk mitigation. The company’s resilience, according to him, will be largely determined by its readiness to face such external uncertainties. “The company’s business depends on dynamic external conditions. Therefore, appropriate mitigation steps are needed so the company remains resilient amidst global fluctuations,” he added.

The 2026 Kick-Off Meeting concluded with a spirit of optimism. Open discussions, constructive criticism, and the exchange of ideas across entities became valuable assets for the HUMI Group. Through this forum, HUMI reaffirms its commitment to continue improving operational standards, strengthening collaboration, and creating sustainable added value for shareholders and all stakeholders.
