Supporting Digital Development, HUMI Holds “AI for HR” Training

Jakarta, October 10, 2025 – The world of work is rapidly moving toward the digital era, where Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer just a trend but a necessity. (HUMI) has taken a concrete step by organizing a training session titled “AI for HR”, as part of its internal development program IHT-XPERT, in collaboration with Better & Co., a professional consulting firm experienced in implementing AI technology in human resources. The training was held at the Breakout Room, Mangkuluhur City Tower, on October 9.

The program was designed to equip employees with practical knowledge and skills in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI). The main focus of the training included developing effective prompts and creating simple applications that can simplify daily work processes, particularly in the Human Resources (HR) field.

Beyond theoretical learning, participants were guided to directly create effective prompts and develop simple AI-based applications that can be implemented in HUMI’s work environment. Moving forward, this training will not only benefit the HR team but will also open new insights for other departments to adopt digital solutions that enhance efficiency and innovation within their respective units.

HUMI’s VP of Corporate Secretary, Okty Saptarini, stated that this initiative is part of the company’s long-term strategy. “The ‘AI for HR’ training is HUMI’s proactive response to the massive development of artificial intelligence technology, especially its significant impact on human resource management,” said Okty Saptarini.
