PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk (HUMI) held its In-House Training #2, entitled “Understanding the Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities of Leaders in Managing Teams in Relation to Industrial Relations,” in collaboration with Dharmaraksa.

The training aimed to enhance leaders’ understanding and competencies in carrying out their strategic roles in fostering harmonious and productive industrial relations. The topics covered leadership responsibilities, effective communication, team management, and the early identification of potential industrial relations issues in the workplace.

Through this training, leaders were encouraged to adopt professional, objective, and collaborative leadership approaches, while prioritizing dialogue in managing workplace dynamics. The ability to identify potential conflicts at an early stage was also emphasized as an essential aspect of creating a conducive work environment and preventing issues from escalating into broader disputes.
