Jakarta, November 5, 2026 – A warm and friendly atmosphere filled HUMI’s Townhall Meeting. Bringing together the Board of Directors and employees, the event served as a simple yet meaningful space to connect, exchange perspectives, and strengthen relationships between management and all HUMIers.
In a relaxed and open setting, the discussion highlighted the importance of every individual’s role in creating a comfortable, positive, and productive working environment. Through the perspectives shared by the Board of Directors, employees were encouraged to recognize that a positive workplace culture can be built through simple everyday actions.
HUMI’s President Director, Rudi Satwiko, emphasized the importance of understanding the concept of “Your Next Process is Your Customer,” which means that the person or department receiving the output of our work is our next customer. Therefore, every work process should be carried out effectively to ensure convenience and satisfaction for those who depend on it.
“When we work, we need to understand that your next process is your customer. This means ensuring that the people receiving our work feel comfortable with the process. It can start with simple things, such as maintaining good attitudes and behavior, being friendly, smiling more often, and treating our colleagues as part of one big family,” said Rudi Satwiko.
Meanwhile, HUMI’s Director, S. Adi Prasetyo, highlighted communication as a fundamental element in building effective teamwork and maintaining organizational harmony. With six subsidiaries within the HUMI Group, effective communication plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth coordination and the successful execution of various work processes.
“Communication is important. Everything needs to be communicated properly to ensure that work runs smoothly. We must also remain polite in our interactions and look out for one another within the organization,” said S. Adi Prasetyo.
Both perspectives serve as a reminder that creating a positive working environment does not always require major changes. Mutual respect, open communication, friendliness, and genuine care for one another are simple actions that can make a meaningful difference in everyday working life.
Through this Townhall Meeting, HUMI continues to encourage a workplace culture built on openness, collaboration, and a strong sense of belonging. More than just a regular gathering, the event provided an opportunity for management and employees to listen, understand, and strengthen their connection as one HUMI family.
Ultimately, a comfortable and productive working environment is built not only through systems and processes, but also through the attitudes, communication, and care demonstrated by every individual in every step taken together.
