The Sustainability Committee refers to a dedicated team under the Board of Commissioners responsible for overseeing the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy implementation in its entirety. The committee ensures that all sustainability initiatives are carried out in line with established policies while monitoring progress and outcomes with full transparency and accountability.

ESG Committee

Sustainability Department role is to organize, advocate, research, and provide input to ensure the effective implementation of ESG strategies into business operations through cross-functional coordination. The department is also responsible for ensuring the execution of flagship ESG programs as well as the development of initiatives that support the company’s environmental, social, and governance objectives.
